These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the 78rr platform, available at 78rr.best, and apply to all registered users or anyone using the services offered. By creating an account and performing any operation on 78rr — whether a sports bet, a Pix deposit, or use of the live casino — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted all terms described herein. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform's services.

Access to and use of 78rr's services is conditional on full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Guidelines, which together form the agreement between the user and the platform.

To create an account at 78rr and use the available services, the user must:
78rr applies identity verification (Know Your Customer) processes in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering regulations. Documents such as a national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), or Brazilian passport may be requested during registration or prior to the first withdrawal. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in temporary account suspension until the matter is resolved.
Each bettor may hold only one active account at 78rr. Creating duplicate accounts, whether using the same CPF or different documents, constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in the cancellation of all accounts involved and the blocking of associated balances. You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. 78rr recommends using strong, unique passwords that combine uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Never share your password with anyone. 78rr will never ask for your password under any circumstances — not by email, chat, or phone.
If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must immediately notify 78rr support and change their password via the account panel. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from the user's voluntary sharing or negligent handling of their credentials.
Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date. Changes to name, CPF, or date of birth after identity verification are not permitted without documented justification and review by the 78rr team. Banking details for withdrawals may be updated upon completion of a new identity verification.
78rr accepts the following deposit methods, all in BRL (R$) and processed within Brazil:
The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, but transactions above certain amounts may be subject to additional verification under anti-money laundering policies. All deposits must be made by the account holder — deposits on behalf of third parties are not accepted.
Important: 78rr does not accept foreign payment methods. All deposits must be made in BRL (R$) through the Brazilian methods listed above. Deposits in foreign currency or via unlisted methods will be declined and returned to the sender.
Withdrawals at 78rr are processed preferably via Pix, with an average processing time of 5 to 10 minutes after the request. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20,00. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, except in cases where the deposit method does not support withdrawals — in those cases, the withdrawal will be processed via Pix or bank transfer to an account held by the bettor.
The first withdrawal from each account may require an additional identity verification, which can include submitting a photo ID and proof of address. This process happens only once and takes up to 48 hours to complete. After the initial verification, subsequent withdrawals follow the standard processing time of up to 10 minutes via Pix.
Balances from bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements before they can be converted to real funds and released for withdrawal. The specific conditions for each promotion — including the rollover multiplier and validity period — are set out in the corresponding promotion's terms. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly until the required rollover is met.
A bet is considered valid and final from the moment 78rr's system confirms its acceptance and displays the bet receipt with an identification number. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the bettor, except in cases where the cash out feature is available.
If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins or if an official result cannot be determined, pre-game bets on that event will be voided and the staked amounts returned to the account balance. For live bets, the general rule is: if at least one full period was completed (a round in UFC, a half in football), the result declared by the competition's official governing body is considered valid for betting purposes.
78rr strives to keep odds accurate and up to date across all markets. In cases of technical error resulting in odds that are clearly outside market standards — for example, odds of 50.00 on a heavy favorite — the platform reserves the right to cancel bets placed at the incorrect values and refund the staked amounts. Bettors will be notified by email if a bet is cancelled due to an odds error.
Parlay bets combining events from different sports are allowed. If one selection in a parlay is voided due to event cancellation, the bet remains valid with the remaining selections and recalculated odds. System bets — which allow you to win with fewer than 100% of your selections correct — are available under the conditions shown at the time the bet is placed.
Cash out lets you settle a bet before the event ends at a value calculated in real time by 78rr. Cash out availability may be temporarily suspended during live events when odds volatility is high. The cash out amount displayed at the time of the request is the amount that will be credited — there is no guarantee that the same value will still be available if you wait before confirming.
78rr's welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. To be eligible, the bettor must: complete full registration with identity verification, make the first deposit within 72 hours of account creation, and not have claimed the welcome bonus on any previous account on the platform.
Bonus balance is subject to a rollover requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.60 per selection, or 30x on casino bets. The rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Any unused bonus balance remaining after the deadline is automatically cancelled without compensation.
Coordinated betting, multiple accounts, and any strategy designed to exploit promotions in bad faith are strictly prohibited. 78rr actively monitors suspicious bonus usage patterns and reserves the right to cancel promotions, reverse balances, and close accounts if abuse is confirmed.

In addition to Sports Betting, 78rr offers a Live Casino with human dealers streaming in real time, slots with a variety of themes and mechanics, progressive jackpots, and crash games. Each category has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface before each session begins.

The bettor may request account closure at any time by contacting 78rr support. Prior to closure, any available real balance — excluding bonus balance — will be made available for withdrawal via Pix or bank transfer. The processing time for the balance after a closure request is up to 5 business days.
78rr reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following cases: violation of these Terms and Conditions, provision of false information during registration, creation of multiple accounts, use of bots or automated software, attempts at fraud or money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable Brazilian laws. In the event of termination due to a violation, bonus balances are cancelled and real balances are subject to review before any release.
78rr may periodically review these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in Brazilian legislation, our operational practices, or the services offered. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of 78rr shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged.
